EASYWASH / EASYCLEAN

Available in static EASYWASH or pass-through EASYCLEAN version, the washing machines offered by HEAT CONCEPT are one of the components of the heat treatment lines. They can be used in upstream pre-washing (for example after machining) or washing after heat treatment (after oil quenching for example).

The EASYWAH range is made up of hot static washing machines, with pneumatic agitation and lifting. Fitted with an external oil separator, they can be supplied with a rinsing and drying dome.

EASYCLEAN machines are of the continuous washing, belt or rotary trommel type, intended for cleaning small series parts. They are equipped as standard with separate washing and rinsing tanks, as well as a drying device.

EASYWASH and EASYCLEAN washing machines can be integrated into heat treatment lines, manually driven or fully automated.
