EASYGEN

HEAT CONCEPT designs and manufactures a range of crackers intended for the generation of protective atmosphere and process gases. Gas dissociation occurs inside a refractory stainless steel retort, brought to high temperature in the presence of a suitable catalyst. Depending on the process gas required, EASYGEN crackers can be used for:

• the generation of hydrogenated nitrogen (N₂ and H₂) from ammonia (NH₃)
• fuel gas generation (H₂ et Co) from methanol (CH₃OH)
• the generation of endothermic gases (N_, H₂ and Co) by controlled oxidation of a hydrocarbon (natural gas, methane, propane or even butane) by air

HEAT CONCEPT is also at your disposal for the production of process gas regulation cabinets, or to study the compliance of your installations operating in a flammable atmosphere (according to the EN 746-3+A1 standard of August 2009).
