In order to facilitate the loading / unloading operations of certain parts (heavy or bulky), chamber furnaces can be supplied in special execution, equipped with a bogie hearth. This type of furnace has a hearth fitted with wheels, which can translate horizontally on rails in the axis of the furnace, and which can be loaded / unloaded outside the furnace by means of a manual, mechanized or automated loader. Depending on the process and the characteristics targeted, the parts can be cooled either directly in the chamber or outside.
